Can You Be Programmed To Quit?
CLEO's Jo Barry recently trialled NewReality's Smoking Cessation program for the August edition and says, "By sessions seven, I noticed that cigarettes started to lose their appeal. I felt liberated from the smell and hassle of needing to smoke. It was like I had control again - if I wanted one, sure, go ahead, but I didn't feel like I had to have one just because the clock struck a certain time or because I'd just popped a bottle of bubbly. Thirteen sessions down and my desire to light up has decreased by 90 per cent.
