Can You Be Programmed To Quit?

CLEO's Jo Barry recently trialled NewReality's Smoking Cessation program for the August edition and says, "By sessions seven, I noticed that cigarettes started to lose their appeal. I felt liberated from the smell and hassle of needing to smoke.
